The terms herein disclosed are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S. If any provision of these Terms shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by BRS.

For promotional purposes, BRS refers to regional delegates in Europe, Asia, Asia Pacific, North America and Latin America: BRS Türkiye Ltd Sti, BRS España SL, BRS Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Andes Region, DR - CAFTA, University of Monterrey, Next Step Business Education Ltd, Dugar Consulting Ltda, BRS Ltda, Food Safety International Network, and North American Operations.
Some of these are recognized to conduct approved public training venues.
Statutory and Coverage Information
For worldwide operations based out the U.S. have agreement with delegates to conduct BRS exclusive assessments. The previous information is provided to comply with regulatory statutes that require disclosure of coverage to business transaction.
